The Designers' Designer

Webduty specializes in delivering cutting-edge web sites, hard hitting graphics and compelling copy to three of the most demanding and critical demographics:  Gen X, Gen Y and the new M:Gen.  Webduty is a top choice amongst marketing professionals and advertising agencies alike.

In 2000, owner/designer "CT," left legislative service in California, but was contracted as a web designer. As the seals on the right reflect, CT delivered "pixel perfect" graphics and went on to land several notable clients in the "Capitol Corridor."

In '04, CT launched WEBDUTY.COM and began providing web and print design services for clients around Lake Tahoe, San Francisco and Sacramento.  Webduty also provides full-service web and email hosting on one of the world's fastest and most robust servers - ThePlanet.com..

Mobile Marketing

The emerging U.S. mobile industry exploded in '05 with the first generation of  "smart phones."  By '06, 94.5 million texters created the fastest growing segment of the tech sector in the U.S.

Webduty is actively engaged in the mobile technology sector.  In September of '07, Webduty launched targetmobile.  Smart phones like the iPhone and Blackberry allow users to send and receive much more than just text.   And enterprise platforms such as targetmobile allow marketing professionals the ability to reach hundreds, thousands or even hundreds of thousands of their subscribers/consumers -iinstantly.

Webduty worked directly with award winning PR Agency, French | West | Vaughn, finalist for midsize PR Agency of the Year by PRWeek Magazine).  The site was launched ahead of schedule within budget.

Video, Flash and Multimedia

By far the most requested service at Webduty in '07 was Flash and streaming video.  Video has been something of a quagmire for both clients and designers with all the formats for recording, and then rendering online.  In the early days, "smart" designers created multiple formats for different users'' preferences.  Quicktime for Mac users and Windows Media for PC users.  But today, that's changed significantly since FLASH now renders fine on both platforms.

In October of '07, Webduty picked up the ball for VPMedia.us after their website was left with video that simply did not work.  VPMedia needed a 48 hour turnaround on 10 videos.  They used a hi-def video camera to create stunning movies in Apple Quicktime (.Mov) format.  With the new Adobe Flash CS3 application, Webduty delivered the new FLASH files on time and VPMedia hit the road the next Monday confident that their new videos played, and played well.

Today, FLASH is leading the race, dominating the web with it's ultra fast and clean video.
The following websites and companies use 100% FLASH to deliver their video content.

YouTube   •LiveLeak    •Myspace  Yahoo   •CNN    •Sony Pictures
